I've been having this issue where on the lead generation app and the go high level app, it won't send any notifications to my actual phone. Infact I have never gotten a notification on my phone with the apps, and I can't figure out why.
Before anyone asks:
Yes I have notifications turned on the for the apps.
I have an iphone 15
I am being notified in the app, just not on my phone
I am signed in as a user (not admin or agency owner, although I have also tried each one signing in on those and they don't work either)
I have tried the lead connector app, and the go high level apps separately.
The account I am signed in as is a whole different account than the account that owns the agency (separate emails).
I have done some research on this problem and I cannot find any solution. It is crucial that my clients phones ring so I need to figure this out ASAP, any insights would be fantastic.
