Hi all, a bit of advice please

I'm getting solar and batteries installed soon (foxESS system).

My main CU is full, my installer also noted my EV charger within it is not installed up to current code (it's single pole) and has no ct clamp

They said they'll just move the charger to the new CU they will fit for my solar, install it double poled and with a ct.

With this solution, i.e. the charger and inverter in the same CU will I have issues with the charger draining my batteries? Or is it just a case of ensuring my inverter CT clamp is on the tail for the existing main house CU so it only sees that load and the charger ct clamp somewhere else (not sure where)?

Just worried with octopus IOG I can get charge slots at any time so it isn't as simple as just setting the batteries to force charge 11:30-5:30, though I will be doing that too.

Thanks
