Ive had some of my best runs here. Zombie density is kind of high when first encountered but after that you have a pretty solid location:
- away from the densely populated downtown

- plenty of land for farming or raising chickens

- second smaller building acts as a warehouse

- walls on 3 sides helps keep out zombies

- not far from the lake

Been here for about 2 months. its nice enough since it comes with a well, workshop, lake and plenty of woodland and farming space. my only issue is that it is very far from anything interesting and if you plan to go scavenging its going to be a 2 or 3 day trip

found what i am 99% sure is a clay deposit along this creek but cant figure out how to dig it up.

never seen this VHS before and i cant find it on the wiki. afraid that playing it will crash the game. can anyone tell me what this is?

it may look like it, but those center 'doors' are not doors, they are just windows. You have to break them open to get inside the store
