After reading through several LEAP posts in here I’ve seen people say one agency may handle LEAP differently than another. Is USPIS an agency that sticks to the 10 hour rule and expects inspectors to be at their desk for the additional 2 hours or are they more so have your phone and be available and it qualifies as LEAP?
