I've been playing around with this team idea on the ladder for a while, and although I make a lot of adjustments, I can't really get it to work as well as I want. I figured I would post this here so I can know if this team is good enough, or if I just need to practice more. Anyway, here's the breakdown of the team:
Team Description:

Excadrill:
- Sand Rush to outspeed everything
- Basic Adamant 32 Attack, 32 Speed, 2 HP spread
- High Horsepower over equake or stomping tantrum for single target, good damage, and good enough accuracy
- I've played around with a Sand Force variant with scarf and earthquake to outspeed most things and still do a lot of damage in the sand; and one with sand force but rapid spin instead of protect (still focus sash). I think throat chop might be good if I go with scarf, but I'm still undecided

Mega Tyranitar:
- 30 HP and 21 Defense to live a wave crash from max Attack Basculegion (without mystic water) with the most points left over
- Body Press over Low Kick to take care of Incineroar (at most 3 hits, at least 2)

Milotic:
- Competitive ability to counter Incineroar/other stat drops
- Life Dew to survive and help others survive, usually paired with partner going protect
- 32 Special Attack with Modest nature to one-shot Incineroar with Scald after Competitive boost (guaranteed OHKO if Incineroar has 32 HP and 15 Sp.Def. w/calm nature, lowest chance to OHKO is 18.8%)
- 4 Speed to outspeed fastest Sinistcha
- 22 HP to optimally heal with leftovers and can survive a Charizard Y Solar Beam; 8 Defense for bit extra bulk for nothing in particular
- Icy Wind for speed control, Scald for burns

Rotom-Heat:
- Heat form to survive powerful fairy attacks and Charizard Y
- Magnet, 31 Sp.Att., and Modest nature to one-shot non-bulky Charizard Y; as well as 87.5% to OHKO bulkiest of Sinistcha (32 doesn't increase odds)
- 21 Speed to outspeed scarf Garchomp if tailwind is up; 14 HP as extra bit of bulk
- Will-o-wisp to take care of Garchomp, Sneasler, and other physical attackers

Whimsicott:
- 32 Speed, 32 Sp.Att., 2 HP (Modest nature) to be fast enough and also hit decently hard with Moonblast or Energy Ball
- Mental Herb to counter Encore, focus sash already taken by Excadrill
- Job is to get tailwind up and faint to let teammate come in

Clefable:
- 1 Sp.Att. w/Modest to OHKO bulkiest of somewhat common Sneasler; usually leads along with Rotom against teams with Sneasler so I can double into it w/Psychic and Will-o-Wisp
- 30 HP to heal optimally w/Sitrus Berry and Life Dew
- 27 Defense to survive a Dire Claw from max attack Sneasler, usually survives Fake Out+Dire Claw but not guaranteed
- 7 Sp.Def. to survive a Weather Ball from Charizard Y
- 1 Speed to outspeed Incineroar that don't have speed investment

Other Pokemon I'm considering using:
- Hydreigon to counter rain teams (my hardest matchup I think)
- Corviknight as bulkier Tailwind setter and counter to Incineroar
- Hydrapple as another counter to rain; and Supersweet Syrup is an interesting ability
- Mega Lucario as alternative Special Attacker

What I find myself losing to:
- rain teams (specifically archaludon)
- Trick Room
- Oranguru + Instruct
- being outsped and getting crit/flinched/etc.

I'm open to any and all changes; whether it be movesets, stat spreads, Pokemon entirely, whatever. Maybe my gameplay could use some work, but I'd like to know if this team is holding me back somehow. Additional strat suggestions would also be appreciated! Thanks!
