Hi, im Indian, doing IALs, im completing my IALs this June and cashed in. My centre(&school) contacted me that they will withold my certificate unless I pay school fees for the next year too as im leaving in May itself and June next academic year begins. I said I won't but they are threatening to not give the certificates at all. They have my igcses certificate and will get IAL certificate too. What can I do, I heard Pearson doesn't allow witholding by centre due to non payment of tution. Pls help
