Is cycling to and from college good enough exercise.

Im 19F and Ill never take nothing less of 15 units each semester. I take summer and winter classes. I get NO breaks, meaning absolutely no exercise either. My college is about 20 minutes drive and I was wondering if riding a bike to and from school 2 days a week is even considered exercise? It would be 30-40 minutes by bike i think one way.I remember my doctors saying that anything thats makes you sweat is exercise. I cant even remember the last time I've touched a bike so I dont know if it involves a lot of sweating.

Would this be a good activity to do to help with my overall mental health, maybe muscle and physical health? I DONT want to get skinnier that I am i just want to not feel like a dead lump of meat most days.

How is it for people who bike at a decent pace? Would you say you noticed any benefits?

Please give your thoughts or any advice you have!

Edit: maybe im underestimating riding a bike but would you say its incredibly straining at first till you get used to it?

Got fired from last job, is it over for me?

Im 18F and my first ever job at walgreens lasted 5 months before I got fired. Now after a while I have an interview coming up at Burlington because I need reliable income as a college student. My mom genuinely thinks its over for me and that ill never get employed again because of the stain on my records. Sounds a bit dramatic Ik, but i still cant help but panick. Went online and through a website I looked into my employment records and found out that it doesnt really reflect the fact that I was fired, just general beginning ending and salary of the time I worked.

I realllly need this job! What do I even say during the interview if they ask about why I left/was fired?? Can I lie? I just cant see why hiring someone that was fired from their last job wpuld be an appealing candidate? Will they reach out to my last employer and find out i was lying? Please help.
