29F, normal weight/height, smoker, no meds.

I have been dealing with this growth on toenail for several years. It has made ridges on the nail. It started small, like 2-3 mm and doc saw it and said it is nothing to worry about. Now it has been growing and it looks like 5-6 veins! Its not a nail material, it will bleed if I cut those. What they can be?
