So this weekend I wrecked my gfs car this weekend accidentally but I was at fault. Geico is trying to use the fact that ‘TN requires all drivers to be listed on the policy to be considered covered’ and insinuating that she won’t be covered and then they advised I should claim it on mines as well which doesn’t make sense but this is all new to mess don’t grill me. And to put the long story short the car is totaled but she has full coverage and GAP. I don’t know our options at this point it’s stressing us out.
