I think I read a few issues many years ago and liked it. But never got far enough. Now I got this at a really good deal and can get 2nd volume for good deal too. Or is it divisive in terms of quality and should read through this volume first?

I wanted to change from VARIABLE IOG to FIXED IOG, and went to app to change it. It did not mention that IOG would not be offered on the fixed tariff, so I assumed it automatically kept IOG. Unfortunately it's been 1 day from switch and I've realised it's not IOG, I'm pretty upset that the wording is not clearer on the app or the name of the tariff.
I've emailed the octopus team, hoping they can reinstate. If they say I have to pay £50 I will leave octopus to another provider as I think that be pretty crap way treating someone for genuine mistake
