I recently had an engine change due to a blown head gasket. Now the new engine has the code P0011 = Camshaft timing over-advanced (Bank 1)

Oil level looks fine. Im not sure on the mileage of the installed used engine. But I have warranty. After the install, its a bit sluggish to pull off from a stop, could this just be the ecu relearning the new engine?

Any advice please?
