So I've got 2gb broadband and a tp-link 2.5gb network card but the closet I've been able to get to those speeds is about 1.2gb, recently it seems to be more around 8-900mb.

I've had an engineer come out and test the router and the ethernet cable that I wired up and he showed me that everything before my PC is receiving the expected speeds.

Anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this?
