So I ordered this computer a few days ago and it arrived today. I thought everything was fine until i saw that the GPU it came with (2070 super) wasnt being used. The pc was using the integrated graphics instead. Everytime i try to use the 2070 super everything glitches out like in the videos but worse sometimes. When I boot up the pc the screen sometimes just glitches green and purple.
Most of the time the screen just shuts off but everything else is still working. And when I shut down the pc and turn it back on, the gpu isnt working anymore.
Does anyone know any way to fix this?
