I currently live in like an apartment building turned student housing, basically rental company owned but each student rents a room in a unit.

Those are my internet speeds but it's very spiritic. Sometimes is will cut out and sometimes it will buffer a lot if connected via wifi. I have one ethernet port in my room but have no access to the router.

Any suggestions for routers I should look into (was thinking about a travel router) and whether it will likely solve my issue.
