im looking for a one bedroom or studio apartmentment within 25 minutes of columbia for around or under 1.3k a month. does anyone have any recs?

i know its a big ask for something that low for a one bedroom but if anyone has any recs that'd be great! it seems every apartment complex has terrible reviews of management, so if anyone is somewhat happy with their management team id love to know! i do understand every place is going to have issues!
