Just got done catching Hoopa on my first playthrough, taking my time doing lots of side-quests. Didn't like the nature so closed out for a reset and my save was completely wiped. Is this a known issue?

Happened on IOS Delta emulator. Played tons of these ROMs and never had an issue like this. Probably 80-100 hours in and wondering if there's a way to recover but not looking likely since there are no files on my device.
