Exploring the idea of getting a running coach (looking to work towards a sub 2:50 marathon and beyond).
Where have people found their coaches and is around £150 per month the going rate?
Does black mould always show up as classic black round spores? Can it show up as grey marking?
Does anyone have any experience with special considerations due to a medical issue? Due to a medical issue I would potentially need to stop the test to use the toilet. My understanding is that I can provide a doctors letter for this - but am i able to book my test then add a letter at a later date? or when booking the test do i already need to have the letter?
Apologies for the photos - it is hard to pick the markings up. But I have dark/greyish markings forming at top of my walls and ceiling which seem to be increasing.
My room has damp walls and a few other mould issues - so was hoping to confirm this isn’t also mould.
