I am currently trying to complete my ID verification process, however I keep receiving an error message stating “Velocity/abuse duplicated user"

I have successfully completed all required assessments and I am now only trying to complete the ID verification stage. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or clearing any duplicate account flags preventing my verification from going through.

I have tried emailing the verification support email but that keeps failing as well.
