Hi,

We are planning an Europe trip from Austin, TX. We will be landing in Frankfurt and then traveling to Paris and Switzerland. Which consulate are we supposed to visit for visas? Can this be done in VFS Houston? Does it need in person visit? We have PR. Thank you!
