What does it take to establish, maintain, and sell from one? Equipment, licenses, permits, etc.
And if I set one up in a very cold climate (like in Illinois or maybe Wisconsin), how can I protect them during deep freezes and 90+ MPH wind gusts? What are the major obstacles of owning an orchard?
