I know a relapse once in a while is never an excuse and the whole point is to heal and rewire the brain, just wanted to make that clear first of all.

Every time I’ve attempted a streak it’s with the intention to do it for life and not relapse but was just wondering as I’ve been on multiple long streaks anywhere from 2 months to 1 month long and I’m talking like 10 of them this past year or so and every time I’ve relapsed it’s only been for a day or two or sometimes a day and a half before jumping back on everytime

So basically was wondering if someone has had multiple long streaks and is trying to achieve a full reboot and then relapses for a day or two and gets back on the journey does getting to the future eventual full reboot not take as much time because you have had many long streaks and have they helped with healing?

As opposed to someone who has never attempted and never been on a streak
