So I owe around 3000+ of taxes cause my work screwed up when they hired me and didn't take taxes out of my paycheck. So I filed in mid/late feburary and the status is still recieved but pending, and i can't start paying it off cause their is nothing in my irs account. Should I call the hotline to try and get ahold of someone or just keep waiting.

Had my consultation last week and have my snip scheduled in september. I probably have to wait that long because of VA, but looking forward to not have to think about having the potential to have kids. I'm 37 and just not in the cards for me. Don't mind kids just don't want any for myself. Any tips and good guidence on recovery and after would be appreciated.
