Hi everyone! After a long time I can finally walk :) my cast was removed the 23rd of April and the doctor said I was cleared to be fwb which I have been doing however is it normal for swelling to occur? So sorry if it’s a dumb question just wondering i don’t elevate as much as I use to but I’m thinking maybe I should +++ I’m on week 8 :) also sometimes the other side of my foot like the inside idk what’s it’s called but the inner right side becomes very itchy sometimes like my leg/ankle becomes very itchy is it normal? 😣
