Hello new to the group here.
I havent been able to fully function in over 2 weeks because of my asthma and my head congestion.
Symptoms: stuffed sinuses, acute asthma attacks, dry cough
I havent gotten a full night's sleep since the second week of March when I was at sea level. I live at 6,115ft above elevation.
In 2015 I had my tonsils removed and a sinus surgery to shrink the membranes in my nose as they were almost touching. The doctor said I MAY need to get it dont in 10 years.. im pushing 11 years since said surgery and I am suffering. I made an appt with an ENT.
Does anyone have OTC med recommendations? Dayquil, Tylenol head and cold are not sufficient.
I am currently on 24hour Allegra
Albuterol for asthma
Advair for asthma
Spironolactone for acne
