I've got my new Canyon e-bike with its Bosch Purion 200 last week. I connected it to my account using the Flow app, then installed the required software update and charged.
After that, I wasn't able to reconnect it again. The lock was on when I tried removing it from my app - which wasn't the smartest thing to do I know! I've already tried all of the possible troubleshooting steps found from the instructions, advised and recommended from Bosch itself which has been completely useless so far!
Every time is turned on, the display goes off after the "bike locked" message. It won't even get to the pairing mode and my phone/account or any other phone/account is unable to connect to it.
It's been sitting for a week in a Bosch & Canyon service partner now but they've have been unable to have it unlocked, not even been in contact with Bosch....
