Why FHR hotels are obnoxiously expensive for the entire month of May? Even right after Memorial Day weekend. The average daily rate seems to be around $700-$800 without resort fee or parking fee.

I transferred Amex MR to LifeMiles account on Monday and the transfer still haven’t gone through. I transferred some MR To LifeMiles back in March and that happened instantaneously. Contacted both the customer care teams and they both said they can’t help us. Initially they said it takes 48 hours then they said it takes 72 hours and now they are saying that the transfer can take 5-7 business days.
