Hey everyone. I am considering starting either reta or Tirz as a beginner. I have PCOS, prediabetic, hypothyroidism and a very sedentary lifestyle working from home. I am also very bulky on top and smaller at the bottom with a pancake butt. I am looking to do body recomp as I lose weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
