Hi, I am applying for the MEXT Research Scholarship under Humanities and there's a requirement of 70% marks in Master's for Research Applicants, but 65% in Bachelor's for Master's applicants.

I would like to know if anyone is aware of whether this 65% criterion applies to Master's marks in Humanities as well. I have around 60% in My First year, and I have a Literary background, where a score of 70% is rare in India.

Additionally, I am pursuing my master's through IGNOU; will this affect my eligibility? There's a section called regular and non-regular students, does it have anything to do with our prior education, like attending a regular college or non-regular college in Master's like IGNOU?

Third, I have been employed since my Bachelor's (which I did regularly and achieved a CGPA of 7.6 with distinction), in a Full-time job but on a contract basis. The section regarding employment states to only enter Full-time employment details. Would it be considered full-time even if it were on a contract basis?

Any help or information regarding this would be helpful!
