Hi guys, I've bought a Mova V50 complete 1 month ago and I just wanted to know if you are facing the exact same issues like I do. The v50 has strong problems with carpets and acts like it was lava and doesn't clean the edges, drives around it, doesnt clean the outer lines of the carpets etc.
It drives on the carpet and clean a little bit here and there but not how it was supposed to be.
I've tried everything in the app but no solution.
It is very time wasting and frustrating which should be reversed- this product should save me time and Frustration.
Tried to remap. Tried to drive via renote control to teach him.
"Clean carpets first". And all the other settings.
It takes up to 30 minutes just for one single room because of carpets. I am really dissapointed.
I had a dreame l10pro which made a better job when it comes to efficiency, battery life, coordination and speed. The Dreame just entered the room, ran the outsides first and then drove horizontal and vertical lines in the room. Easy. The v50 works like it was heavily retarded and wastes time and battery.
I just saw that a ton of people have the exact same issue since 9 month now. Did Mova do nothibg about it and just ignore these Kind of problems?
Do you have the same issues and to solve it?
