There seems to be a clear north–south / north-versus-rest divide in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly result. DMK won only 12 of its 59 seats in the northern half, while 47 of its 59 seats came from south TN. By contrast, TVK’s strongest concentration was in the northern half, where it won 66 seats. ADMK also performed more strongly in the northern/western belt than in the southern half.
This suggests a major collapse of DMK in the Chennai–northern Tamil Nadu belt, where TVK appears to have swept many urban and peri-urban constituencies. TVK won a long run of seats from Gummidipoondi, Ponneri, Avadi, Ambattur, Madhavaram, Perambur, Anna Nagar, Velachery, Sholinganallur, Alandur, Sriperumbudur, Pallavaram, Tambaram and Chengalpattu, showing dominance across Chennai and its expanding metropolitan belt.

The badminton club seems to have events once in a while but no continous oppurtunity to play. Was wondering if there would be groups / people interested in playing regularly at UQ sport.
The socials from 10-1 on Thursdays does not work well for me due to the timings.
