Hey everyone, I’ve had my lobe pierced for a while now and recently noticed a pinkish bump around it. It doesn’t hurt but every time I clean my piercing, it’s like I’m cleaning blood off.

Please has anyone dealt with something similar? Or know what it is and what I can do about
