So I used the Capital One Shopping email bonus for (Spend $50 Get $50). My first order ended up being under $50 after tax, I didn’t realize it until after so I tried to cancel it for a full refund, but one item had already shipped. Because of that, the order now shows as ineligible.
The next day, I placed a second order for $56 using the same email bonus link, which should qualify. The first order that was partially cancelled came up as ineligible but I have yet to see the second purchase.
Has anyone had something similar happen before? Did the second qualifying rewards purchase still show up after some time, or will I have to contact support? Just wondering if I should wait a bit longer to see if it updates.
