I usually skip a press day because I do other exercises and am not following the ABF program by the book.

My ABC days are like this:
30 min EMOM
2x25lb
3 clean, 1 press, 4 squat

I have been trying to add presses on my off day and today I did 6 sets of 5 reps of strict presses with 2x25lb.

I see people here posting about the press day and doing 100 reps spread out between sets and rep amounts…there’s no way I can do 100 reps with 2x25 right now.

Should I be going down to 2x15lb and trying to do 100 reps?
