I purchased this desk two years ago from a brand named ‘jacob bek’

and just now, it is having a height limit at 82 highest and lowest is 72… i cannot get it to go high as usual..

i disconnected all cables, did a reset.

i removed all weight from table, did a reset.

no help…

company no longer exists either…

i am not the most technical person unfortunately but i love this desk!!! if i were to order a new cp box would it help?

please advise this lady in distress
