Ugh, I know this is so annoying but somebody help lol

I am 33. I have one daughter already and had a great pregnancy with her with the only complication being an elevated blood pressure at 38 weeks but even then it was not bad. We are toying with the idea of having a second but I now have Hashimotos that was diagnosed after I had my daughter. I am also scared of possible abnormalities because I’m getting older and I feel like that’s all you hear about lately. I was also told 90% of my eggs are gone already? Can anyone give me a more scientific answer I guess?
