I have a 2015 GS350 F Sport and just replaced the battery. Right after that, the AC started blowing hot on one side. I scanned it and it’s throwing blend door actuator internal fault codes. I recently replaced the compressor and evaporator core, so I’m really not trying to tear the dash apart again unless I absolutely have to.
Has anyone dealt with this after a battery swap? Is there a way to reset or recalibrate the blend door actuators before replacing anything? I’ve seen some people mention pulling HVAC fuses or doing a relearn procedure.
A buddy also suggested bypassing the heater core since I’m in Arizona, but that feels more like a band-aid than a real fix. Any recommendations or experiences would help.
TLDR: it’s hot az ballz
