So i just got off discord and this dude who wants to contribute and get alot of cloudstream features added is trying to add basically every feature in app requests.

After he is done adding all these he will try to make pull requests so this can get added to the official app!!! This gone be so good.
And mind you all these big features that has been requested for years like genre selection he is almost done with. And blur unwatched episodes has been requested for months he finished that within 30 or 40 mins. Amazing dev can't let him go to waste as a dev.
Is simkl the best for anime? Or tmdb? I'm using cinestream and i mainly use cinesimkl for anime and cinetmdb for movies and tv shows but after figuring out The movie databases releases episodes and movies way faster then simkl i'm stuck on which database i should use for anime.....
Cinesimkl gives the best recommedations, Best descriptions, best actor descriptions, has 14k+ animes - uses anidb/anime database (basically every anime). Multiple movies and tv show databases like imdb innit for example, pretty sure pulls more links for anime and movies and tv shows. Trailer Support
Cons: slower show releases, slower movie releases
Cinetmdb also has decent recommedations, actor info, good descriptions, good anime database,faster releases,faster movie releases, 1 million movies and 200k tv shows - best databases for movies and tv shows, alot of hentai (for gooners lol), Trailer Support
Cons: Limited Actor info (shows the actor's face), limited anime because it is only meant for movies/tv shows
I don't know, even though tmdb is only meant for movies and tv shows confused on who to pick seeing as tmdb releases tv show episodes and movies wayyy faster. Could careless about simkl having way more anime but i basically have no trouble finding alot of anime i watch in tmdb
