I love my NAVEE GT3 PRO, but...
I can't get cruise mode to work other than unlocking the scooter.
The problem is when I unlock the scooter, there's no possibility to do the power+break control change for scooter max speed to be set to 25km/h.
It's annoying as hell, my much cheaper low quality scooter has this where I can manually 'hack' the max speed using the long power press setting and set max speed to 25km/h after unlocking.
Like I get that NAVEE tries to follow regulations in EU but after cutting the wire, any way to make this a "legal" scooter with max power going only 25km/h becomes impossible. This is quite crazy coming from such reputable company that you cannot LOWER the speed limit after unlocking it...
Can't you do firmware update to allow limiting? I heard this is common in most models but I have no idea why would you limit EU models from going 25km/h when unlocked....
I tried to post this topic about support but they keep repeating false statement that there is EU wide ban on cruise control option and any attempt to unlock it would remove all warranty etc.... But it's 100% allowed in my country, and I'd be totally okay to allow get access to this by unlocking it, that's not the problem, the problem is that once I unlock option to set Cruise mode I cannot go back to 25km/h speed.
So for EU models, could you make software update to unlock all options in unlocked mode? I would very much to stay within my country's legal limit than try to perfectly tweak my power every time to go near 25-27km/h speed and stop there in cruise mode is very difficult in rough terrain.
