I was extracting a molar (3), specifically i was luxating the tooth and then number 2 got elevated from the bone aswell. I didn’t touch it, i was only luxating number 3 and using number 4 for support. But number 2 moved 3 mm out of the bone while i elevated number 3 out. I pressed it down with my finger and it didn’t move again, but what is the prognosis for that molar? Necrosis? What should i do?
