It's still unclear to me if Ambien/Zolpidem actually interacts with Aya. Some places list it as such, some places do not list it. It's technically not a SSRI and I have personally combined it with serotonergic supplements (melatonin, methylene blue) with zero side effects

I really am wondering if anybody has taken Ambien/Zolpidem before a ceremony and how long before did they discontinue it? Would 1-2 weeks before be too late? To state, yes, I'm kind of addicted to it and have been taking it for almost 10 years so I'm having trouble not taking it especially during this stimulating slash stressful period. Interestingly, I don't have any physical side effects if I go cold turkey, my addiction is psychological and habit-based
