Tried to tell the staff twice that there is a fly inside my fruit soda drink. Kung kailan yelo at ilang popping boba na lang ang natira. They just brushed it off with an apology. At saka lang nag apologize nung brinought up ko na yung issue the second time around, kasi yung first attempt, as in literal na nagtinginan lang yung dalawang staff na nagprepare ng drink. Dito ko nakita na hindi nila alam maghandle ng mga ganitong cases, at sabi pa nila na first time daw nila makaencounter ng ganito, at di na raw pwede palitan kasi naubos ko na raw yung drink. Luh. Nadisappoint ako on how the way they handled it. Masarap pa naman sana yung pizza nila. I brought it up to them, baka maulit sa iba, maigi nang aware sila.
