This is something I've just noticed recently. It's not painful or Itchy. I have no idea what it could be but googling is leading me to some concerning things. I know it's not an STD as I've been with my partner for the past decade and nobody else. We also use protection. I had a spot in this exact area around a year ago. It was quite big but it did go away with care, and left a little pock mark like scar. I've also taken up running so not sure if friction would cause this.
