Hi Girlies!

I discovered I had PCOS when I was 14 years old. Right after that, I started taking the pill, which I took continuously for 15 years. I stopped in December 2023, and it took a year for my period to come back, but of course it came back all irregular. Then, in July 2025, I got pregnant after losing almost 10 kg, but I had a miscarriage shortly after. Ever since, my hormones have been all over the place. I’ve tried losing weight with diet and exercise, but nothing is working.

So I started looking into GLP-1s, but I’m really afraid of the weight regain after stopping them. I don’t know if I should give them a try or not…
