ETB shrink made of paper?

Took out an ME01 ETB handled it for a few seconds. After when placing back to it's protector cover noticed there is a small shrink tear at the front. Most likely caused when I was handling it because I don't remember it being there. It's funny how flimsy the plastic shrink is considering most collectors are looking for perfect mint condition ETBs. Probably not going to sell any lower in the future and state there is a tear cause it's so minor.

Good to buy for investment? Great packs selection and promo card one of the most popular pokemon. Prices are still sitting low. Tin can be easily stored and kept long term. Given the opportunity would you pick charizard x or y? I feel x is more popular often on product packaging and y is more or less forgotten.

Recently black bolt is rising, I think it will be hot in the future. There are about 4 chase cards, victini, zekrom full art, zekrom SIR, seismitoad. Will a tear like this deter potential buyers? I saw some AH PC etbs with tears still selling, there are still people who would purchase it at a rather high price. Is it a fair comparison?
