What is the most essential supplement after protein and creatine
I’m 6’, 185 lbs. 45yr old. In the phase where I’m exiting dad bod and can see definition in most muscle groups.
I’m doing PPL every other day and seeing gains after 3 months of bro splits 3x per week. I’ve been taking whey isolate to get about 1g per lb and 5g creatine. Eating pretty clean and with some unavoidable cheats and beer.
What supplements or nutrients would you recommend to help accelerate results for a bit more definition assuming all I’ve described remains constant.

I know abs are made in the kitchen. I like a social beer and I’m not cutting those.
