How to deal with daily stress

hi everyone, im almost 23yo now and I have always have been a pretty chill guy imo.
I have never been stressed, no matter what happened, nothing was able to actually REALLY bother me(?).
Well, this was before i started working a full time job for the first time (at 21yo), and now, besides my mornings that are slow and chill, im always in a hurry smh. As soon as i leave from work (at 17.30) im in a hurry to do everything planned in my todo's.
Yesterday I realized while i was cooking my weekly meal prep that i was really stressed out and in a hurry.
Since september i started to do lots of small glow up, like:
- being on an actual real diet
- going to the gym seriously (after 3 years of random training lol)
- trying to eat healthier
- having a skincare routine
- sleeping at least 8 hours per night
- trying to eat less meat (not completely removing it from my diet tho)
- cooking my own meals at home
- buying my own groceries
- thinking about sidehustles
and so on...
Yes i still live with my parents rn.
The fact is: Im in a hurry everyday, even tho i'm perfectly organized. This actually stresses me out a lot, and being this stressed doesn't really match the healthy way to live i chose in september 2025 :/

How do you guys deal with this? Im pretty interested in this topic bc being stressed lowk ruins everything i mentioned previously.
Please don't just tell me to start smoking weed/nicotine, drinking, eating as i read in some threads.

Also: a close friend told me he started meditating at night, does anyone do that?

PS: this isn’t actually real pathological stress, just some normal one (?) Nothing that can be solved with medication ig. I already take ashwagandha on a cycle to sleep better and rest more (works perfectly haha)
