Dry cough

Hello! I (20F, smoker of IQOS) keep having like a mucus in throat and a dry cough that it s more likely voluntary(i just have the need of coughing) I also have gerd and post nasal drip, rhinitis.
I started to try quiting smoking but since i have this cough, mucus, and desire to smoke, some threads made me think about lung cancer. Read an article saying that a dry cough and the desire of quitting smoking can be an early lung cancer symptoms. I do not know what to think, i wanted to ask if lung cancer cough it s dry and voluntary or if i should get an appointment. The last i had was in september (i have asthma on set due GERD, no attacks tho ). Thank you!

Hi! Ever since I was little, I’ve had a hemorrhoid, but I only had a colonoscopy recently at age 20 because I would sometimes bleed when going to the bathroom. My hemorrhoids are internal, and after the colonoscopy everything seemed fine. I didn’t really have bloody stools anymore for a while.

But recently, the bleeding has started happening more often, and bowel movements have become more painful. I’m using suppositories as treatment, but as far as I know, I don’t have an anal fissure.

What scares me is that I’m now bleeding with almost every bowel movement. My period is also about to start soon, and I’m already anemic, which worries me even more.

Has anyone experienced more frequent bleeding after a colonoscopy? I had mine about 2 months ago.
