Some context, we are switching from Aloha to Toast, one of our restaurants is a two concepts 1 kitchen kind of set up. Think Red Lobster/Olive Garden set up. I know what I'm going to do for that Physical location when we switch.

However, they want to use the less popular brand as a Ghost Kitchen concept at our locations in different cities. My thought process to do this would be to do the Actual location 3rd Party and Online ordering through Toasts integrations and built in Online ordering method.

For the Ghost kitchens, I was thinking of using OLO, a service we already use for Aloha, it would strictly inject the Ghost kitchen orders into the restaurant. Does anyone think this is possible. I know what Toast would say to me if I ask them.
