Best exercises at home with limited space?

Can’t go to the gym for a while, but I’m trying to get the jump on getting back in shape and getting the muscles going again. Was in quite good shape but fell out of the routine for a while, so I’m comfortable with high reps/intensity.

I have little space to work with, enough to do planks pushups, but not much more horizontally. I have adjustable dumbbells that can be combined into a barbell, resistance bands and a pull up bar.

What is ideal for getting myself in great shape again? It feels obvious (pushups/pullups/curls/situps) but there’s a lot of options and I haven’t been able to settle on a proper routine. Whats worked for you all? Any input is appreciated

2 weeks into a new job, got offered a higher paying role elsewhere

As the title says, im fresh into a new job and things have been going smoothly. However, i just go an offer from someone I know to come work at the company they’re at for more money.

The position im currently in is with a relatively small company, but im in an “apprentice” sort of role so my contributions are negligible at best and my departure wouldn’t impact their ability to handle the current workload. That being said, im in the process of receiving a certification that theyre paying for (not an expensive one but still) and generally the people are great and super welcoming.

The job offer pays me a fair bit more and is unionized. They would want me to start asap. Commute is a tad bit longer but all in all its going to put noticeably more money in my bank account (the most i would ever make).

Any tips on how to navigate this are greatly appreciated. I feel like its a no brainer to take this offer but im not sure how to go about this as its very sudden and i want to avoid burdening a small business who saw potential in me.
